Noel Fulkerson

Noel Fulkerson has over 60 years of experience as a music educator in the voice studio, directing choruses of all ages, and as a music adjudicator and curriculum coordinator. With a Bachelor of Music Education (Vocal and Instrumental) and Master of Arts (Music History) from Central Missouri State College, Mr. Fulkerson currently serves as a vocal instructor and director of the Raytown Community Choir and the Kansas City Metro Men’s Chorus.

He has been active as an conductor and choral clinician in Missouri and the Midwest, Many of his singers have become music teachers and composers, and have professional music careers. Over the years, 60 of his students have earned places in the prestigious Missouri All State Choir - one of the best in the United States.

As a teacher, Mr. Fulkerson takes a personal and positive interest in every student. He encourages a natural and healthy approach to singing and in developing a confidence in musical performance that also enhances the worth and value of every singer in and out of his studio.
